Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

The Worm Master Garden accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@thewormmaster.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (free for US orders).
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all hardware, cushions, and accessories.
4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — you do not need to return the damaged item if we determine it cannot be resold.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been assembled, used, or modified
• Items missing original packaging, hardware, or accessories
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

Partial Refunds

Items returned with minor wear, missing packaging, or incomplete hardware may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price. We will notify you before processing any partial refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and availability.
