Free Shipping
The Worm Master Garden offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement — every order ships free.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes

These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules and weather conditions.
Shipping Carriers
Most orders ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Large furniture sets (dining sets with 6+ chairs, daybeds, corner sofas) may ship via freight delivery. Freight deliveries require a scheduled appointment and may take an additional 2-3 business days.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thewormmaster.com or +1(501) 475-6142 with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark items delivered before actual delivery) and then contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
